How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO Swertres Lotto:
- Select your Swertres number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the computer to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated Swertres ticket.
- See the Swertres result right after the live draw to verify if you won a prize.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Swertres ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Important PCSO Regulations to be Observed when Playing Swertres Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by Swertres Lotto players in the country.

Swertres Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the Swertres ticket?
Swertres tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their Swertres tickets.

How do I correct the numbers I entered in the Swertres bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Swertres entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a Swertres entry before purchasing the ticket. A Swertres entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play Swertres Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the Swertres Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
