How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Choose a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto playing card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Additional Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or old tickets in the trash bins.

3D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that allows its players receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 5-8-6), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you mark a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto play card.
What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A player can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Will there be any 3D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO generally cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are finished early in the day.
How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

Latest Updates and Press Statements from PCSO
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
